Periodica uses third-party libraries and frameworks to deliver certain features. These are used in accordance with their respective licenses, with attribution in the app's acknowledgments section.
Periodica is designed to respect user privacy. User activity, preferences, and history are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to external servers. Refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it meets your academic, legal, or scientific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid (if any) by you for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
